The meeting is open to the general public and will cover the following topics:
- Election of Board Members
- Financial Update
- 2022/23 Projects and Accomplishments
- Updates on subsequent trail phases with representatives from Middletown Township and the Delaware County Planning Department
- Time for Q&A

Help Wanted – Call for New Board Members!
We are seeking new board members, especially for the roles below, but would welcome a discussion with anyone who has an interest in helping our small all-volunteer organization.
Trail Maintenance Lead
Organize volunteer events to tackle weed whacking/pulling, leaf removal, tree/brush pruning, etc. – approximately 4 times per year. You don’t need to do the work yourself, just help organize the events.
Website/Social Media
Help maintain our website and Facebook/Instagram pages. Post announcements and other social media content as your time allows; add/maintain content related to our historical signage and QR codes.
Membership on a volunteer board like this is a great way to give back to your community (and augment your resume) for a commitment of just a few hours per month!
