The meeting is open to the general public and will cover the following topics:
- Election of Board Members
- Financial Update
- 2023/24 Projects and Accomplishments
- Updates on subsequent trail phases with representatives from Middletown Township and the Delaware County Planning Department
- Time for Q&A
Details on voting for current members and proxy ballots will be sent separately. Anyone who has donated to us since August 12, 2023 is considered a current member. You can join or renew at https://chestercreektrail.org/donate
Note: Non-members are welcome to attend at 6:30 if they plan on becoming a voting member by joining prior to the meeting. Meeting is open to the public at 7:00 p.m.
