- Election of Board Members
- Financial Report presented by Treasurer John Paulson
- Public Annual Meeting & Presentation of Phase II & Phase III Extensions, and an update on the “Loop Trail”
- Guest Speakers:
- Lou Hufnagel (AICP Manager of Infrastructure Delaware County Planning Department)
- Kelsey Stanton-Murphy (Trails & Open Space Planner Delaware County Planning Department)
- Jennifer Maull (Director of Parks & Recreation Middletown Township
- Update on Chester Creek Trail & accomplishments for 2024-25
- Time for Q&A
- Trail Merchandise for Sale (T-shirts)

Note: Non-members are welcome to attend at 6:30 if they plan on becoming a voting member by joining prior to the meeting. Meeting is open to the public at 7:00 p.m.
